TopFlight Couriers have been using NetCourier since April 2013 to run their successful courier operation. Topflight offer a Nationwide SameDay service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as well as UK Overnight and International services which handle thousands of pallets and parcels every week. Top Flight is a specialist supplier of courier services to businesses and the public sector. Established in the late 1980s they offer a 25 year track record of exceptional service and are trusted to deliver confidential documents; multi-million pound tenders and contracts; to meet time-critical deadlines; to carry unique and high value consignments; to deliver parts, components, point of sale and promotional material that often has to meet fitters and engineers on site, or
reach customer clients for product launches, marketing events, meetings and exhibitions.

Solution

Topflight Couriers use NetCourier to manage their courier operations allowing their clients to manage all of their Next Day Parcels, Timed Services, and International deliveries through our user-friendly web-based IT solution. Metafour worked with Topflight who test and launch customer booking and supplier label printing through the portal including third party pickups with DHL, UPS and DX. Metafour also worked closely with Topflight to make the Client Portal experience an intuitive point of contact between them and their customers.

NetCourier gives Topflight customers the ability to manage their bookings, get quotes, compare services and more. Using NetCourier, Topflight are able to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of services which appeal to both large
corporate multinationals, local SMEs, and one-off private customers. Connections to third party carriers, coupled with the online client portal has allowed Topflight to expand their business opportunities outside of their immediate geographical area.

NetCourier has delivered a 30% improvement in processing speed for topflight users. And the efficiency of the order management software has meant that Topflight has improved overall capacity by over 100%
