This Saturday, 8 members of the Metafour team will be putting their best feet forward and competing in the London West Tough Mudder for our 2019 charity, the British Heart Foundation. Some of the team are veterans, some are newbies, but all look forward to getting down and dirty and raising money for such a brilliant charity.
