Accessible from anywhere at anytime, our Client Portal offers your customers easy access to their deliveries. At the beginning of their journey, once they have entered their details, your users are taken to our rate shopping screen. Our sophisticated algorithms allow you to display all of your relevant services, so your customer can compare all of the options. These can be ordered by type, cut-off time, or price, depending upon requirements. Orders can also be bulk uploaded via CSV, API or QuickShip and then least-cost routed, to help you optimise your costs and save time. Once booked, third-party labels can be printed and re-printed for these jobs from the system.
Next, full track and trace can be accessed from the system. By being able to find full tracking details of their deliveries, including PODs and integrated Google Maps, clients can take control of their own shipments. This has helped many of our current customers to reduce the frequency of their incoming calls, improving their customer service offering and enhancing productivity.
Finally, after the delivery has been completed our courier software allows your clients easy access to all of their invoices. NetCourier also allows them to access all of their historical data, and run reports based on their booking dates services, job statuses and more. These can be exported as PDFs and CSVs to give your clients insights about their business and help them monetise their own data.
Courier integrations with label printing and tracking
Our courier software offers you and your clients easy access to a host of global, national, and local carriers, including DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT. With our APIs, booking directly with these courier companies is simple and straightforward, saving time and reducing manual errors. The system automatically creates third-party booking labels for your deliveries, and will pull back all tracking information.

Integrated driver app with full track and trace capabilities
MetApp provides you with everything needed to streamline your deliveries. Available to download on both smartphones and rugged handhelds, the app allows your drivers to manage their own deliveries. They can view full job information, scan labels, and capture photographic or signature proof of deliveries. The driver app automatically syncs with our courier software to offer real-time tracking; if offline, the app will simply store all of the data until a connection has been re-established.
Accounting tools with invoicing, credit control, and invoice reconciliation
Designed to save you both time and resources, our courier software incorporates multiple accounting features and functions. The system allows you to automatically produce and email out branded invoices out to your customers, on a time frame that suits your business. This helps to ensure that you never miss a payment through human error, and frees up resources for more higher level tasks. These invoices can also be easily viewed and downloaded from the Client Portal, to help reduce your incoming queries.
Our automated invoice reconciliation is a special tool that helps to reduce another time-intensive manual process. It allows you to compare all of your invoices against your agreed carrier cost, and highlight the differences. The invoice reconciliation tool will even update your actual weights, costs, and sales prices, to help you create accurate profit and loss reports.
The booking data in your system can be exported from our system to a host of the most popular accounting packages, including Sage 50, Xero, and QuickBooks.
