Next action consignment management: Our clients are able to monitor the date and time of each step when managing a package from point to point.

Zone differentiation: Each step of a job can be monitored according to its time zone. NetCourier automatically updates the status of each action relative to location.

Colour coded job status. Jobs appear in NetCourier in varying colour based on their progress. Approaching deadlines; missed deadlines; and completed jobs are highlighted respectively.

Client-Online: Customers enter information online. This is used for initial bookings, repeat bookings, job histories, job reports and status inquiries.

Track & Trace customer assurance facilities. Customers are assigned unique identification numbers which can be entered online to provide real-time data as to a jobs progress.

POD retrieval: Jobs are only complete once Proof of Delivery has been acquired. This is automatically relayed to NetCourier, upon which the job is complete.

CSV data import and export capabilities for use with various programmes, for example SAGE and Microsoft Excel.
