Expert PHP Developer (Joomla!)

The Responsibilities:
- Develop web-based software applications using Joomla!
- Analyse business requirements, design screens
- Documentation, quality assurance and change management of software applications
- Monitor our live IT infrastructure
The Candidate:
- A team player and quick learner
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software development
- Minimum of 2 years experience in PHP programming
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Joomla! programming
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the following areas: Database Engineer/Database Programmer, Programmer/Software Engineer, Project Manager (Software), Quality Assurancel Quality Control, Technical Lead (Software), Technical Writer/ Manual Writer, Web Developer/Web Designer, System Analyst, Software Architect, Software Implementation
- Familiarity with the following business areas: Call Center, Event Management, Government Organizations, Hotels/Resorts, IT Enabled Service, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Software Companies, Travel Agents/Tour Operators
- Strong knowledge and development experience in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SOAP and Ajax
- Strong database knowledge and good command in SQL
- First-hand experience of deploying Joomla! in Apache HTTPD web server in Linux platform
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Additional experience in project management or team management
